NAME
       Cache::RemovalStrategy::LRU - LRU Removal Strategy for a Cache

DESCRIPTION
       Implements a Least Recently Used removal strategy for a Cache.  When removing entries from
       the cache, the 'stalest' will be removed first.

       See Cache::RemovalStrategy for details.
